We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role involves close coordination with the estimation, project, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and invoices
Coordinate between sales team, estimation team, and clients
Maintain sales records, client data, and documentation
Handle client inquiries and provide necessary information
Track order status and ensure timely delivery
Assist in tender documentation and submissions (if applicable)
Support the sales team in achieving targets
Maintain proper filing and reporting
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any relevant field
Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply
Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good follow-up and multitasking ability
Customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of quotations and billing
Attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive / Sales Support
Experience in firefighting, construction, MEP, or engineering companies is preferred
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability can also apply
