Job Description

Client Interaction

: Handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring positive customer experiences.

Sales Support

: Preparing service proposals, managing sales presentations etc

Operations & Admin

: Tracking service orders, maintaining client databases, managing schedules, and handling sales documentation.

Team Coordination

: Assisting with sales strategies, training, setting targets, and fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations.

Reporting

: Analyzing sales performance metrics and generating reports for management to identify trends and opportunities.
Skills Needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. Proficiency with MS Office. Problem-solving and a "think on your feet" attitude.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: ANY DEGREE

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLES MUST.
