Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Female Sales Coordinator cum Sales Executive

to manage outlet sales operations, coordinate with the marketing team, handle customer enquiries, and support sales growth through both offline and online channels. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and willing to travel as required.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Outlet Management

Handle

day-to-day outlet sales operations

efficiently Achieve assigned

sales targets

and contribute to revenue growth Maintain proper stock records, billing coordination, and basic sales reports Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers and clients
Sales Coordination & Marketing Support

Coordinate with

marketing and field staff

for promotions and campaigns Assist in planning and executing

sales promotions, product launches, and events

Collect market feedback and customer insights and report to management
Customer Enquiries & Follow-ups

Handle

customer enquiries

via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion Address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience
Social Media & Digital Support

Handle basic

social media activities

such as responding to messages, comments, and enquiries Coordinate content posting, offers, and promotions with the marketing team Assist in lead generation through social media platforms
Travel & Field Support

Willingness to

travel locally/outstation

for sales visits, exhibitions, or promotional activities Support field sales staff when required
Candidate Requirements

Female candidate preferred Minimum

1-3 years experience

in sales, retail, or coordination (freshers with strong skills may apply) Good communication skills in

English and Malayalam

(additional languages are an advantage) Basic knowledge of

MS Office / Google tools

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Strong coordination, multitasking, and customer-handling skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable
Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience in FMCG, food & beverages, tea/coffee, retail, or outlet sales Knowledge of billing software or POS systems Basic understanding of digital marketing
