Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and promote the company's solar products and services. This role requires expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, team coordination, and customer relationship management, along with a strong understanding of the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and solar market opportunities.
Drive revenue growth and improve lead conversion ratios.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Conduct daily one-on-one reviews and continuous performance monitoring.
Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing guidance to sales executives.
Ensure 100% follow-up of all new and referral leads generated by the marketing team.
Actively contribute to new lead generation through referrals, partnerships, and networking.
Analyse lead quality and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Track and analyse KPIs such as lead conversion, revenue contribution, and team productivity.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline status, and strategic insights for senior management.
Ensure proper site visit follow-ups and seamless handover to the operations team.
Communicate new sales commitments clearly with operations and technical teams.
Ensure daily updates of CRM systems and sales data sheets with accuracy and discipline.
Gather and communicate customer feedback internally to improve products, services, and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3
+ years of sales experience
