Sales Support: Assist the sales team with client presentations, proposals, and design-related pitches, ensuring design solutions are aligned with sales objectives.
Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring designs are produced on time and meet client expectations.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to present designs, provide updates, and gather feedback for design revisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to ensure that designs are aligned with business strategies and client expectations.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of client communications, project timelines, and design revisions.
Provide regular updates to management on project progress, client feedback, and any potential issues that may impact delivery
