Coordinate between sales team, warehouse, and accounts
Process sales orders and prepare invoices
Track order status, dispatch, and delivery
Maintain sales records, reports, and customer data
Support sales team with quotations and documentation
Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
Any degree / plus two
1-3 years experience in sales coordination or back office
Good knowledge of MS Excel & billing software
Good communication and coordination skills
