The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, production, and logistics teams to achieve sales targets.face to face communication needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
Maintain customer database and update sales records.
Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and delivery schedules
Assist the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and forecasts
Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Support marketing and promotional activities
