We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to drive sales growth by calling leads, generating new leads, upselling, following up on payments, and managing client complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and qualify leads, generate new leads through outbound calls
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients
- Follow up with clients for payment collection and ensure timely payments
- Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth sales process
- Track and report on sales performance and lead progress
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in sales or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in lead generation, upselling, and payment follow-up
- Ability to handle client complaints and provide solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
