Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
Coordinate among sales representatives, customers, OEMs, and internal departments (e.g., finance and logistics).
Maintain an organized database of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Administrative Support:
Handle contracts, tenders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.
Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for sales representatives.
