Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to manage student enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into admissions. The candidate will play a key role in increasing student registrations and will be rewarded with

bonuses for every successful student conversion

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries from students and parents Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed admissions Explain courses, fees, schedules, and offers clearly to parents and students Update and maintain admission, payment, and follow-up records Coordinate between students, teachers, and management Track daily enquiries, conversions, and pending follow-ups Support marketing campaigns and promotions Ensure timely fee collection and update payment status

Requirements & Skills



Good communication skills in

English & Malayalam

Strong convincing and follow-up skills Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently (for remote role)

Eligibility



Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Any graduate or equivalent Experience in sales, education, or customer handling is an advantage
