This role is central to ensuring that every enquiry, lead, site visit, document, and communication is tracked, updated, and completed on time as per MOR REALTORS' standards.
The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of the sales department -- ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely follow-ups for all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Follow-Up (Important)
Maintain and update all leads received through:
? Sell.Do? Website? Social Media? Campaigns & Walk-ins
Ensure every lead is assigned and followed up by the concerned salesperson.
Track lead status daily and follow up for updates from the sales team.
Maintain a daily lead-tracking report and share it with the Manager.
Ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or left unattended.
2. Sales Coordination & Support
Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Confirm appointment schedules and send reminders to both clients and sales executives.
Maintain a structured system for recording:
? Client interactions? Updates after visits? Requirements & preferences
Ensure prompt communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain sales documents, proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Track booking forms, client KYC, payment receipts, and other required documents.
Maintain and update:
? Daily sales reports? Site visit reports? Conversion trackers
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
4. Client Experience & Interaction
Coordinate with clients for:
? Project information? Price sheets? Brochures? Appointment confirmation
Ensure clients receive timely responses and proper support.
Maintain professional, courteous communication at all times.

5. Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate with:
? Marketing team for campaign leads, promotions, and updates? CRM/Operations team for booking documentation? Site teams for availability, updates, and inventory
Communicate sales requirements clearly to all departments.
Ensure smooth internal flow of information and timely actions.
6. Administrative Support
Maintain trackers for:
? Inventory? Bookings? Daily activity updates
Follow up with sales executives for pending tasks.
Assist in organizing sales events, launches, and client interactions.
Ensure all sales materials (brochures, price lists, project updates) are updated and available.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or office administration (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong at multitasking.
Basic understanding of CRM tools (Sell.Do experience is a plus).
