Job Summary

:

The sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team through tele calling, lead generation, coordination, and follow-up activities. The role involves identifying potential leads through the organization's website, GeM portal, and other online platforms, while ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities



1. Tele calling & Lead Follow-up



Conduct daily tele calling to prospective and existing clients.

Introduce company products/services and generate interest.

Follow up on enquiries received through calls, website, emails, and social media.

Maintain a high level of customer engagement and rapport.

2. Lead Generation



Generate leads through the organization's website, GeM, and other online portals.

Track daily leads from online listings, tender portals, and business enquiry sites.

Identify potential opportunities and share qualified leads with the sales team.

Maintain updated lead records in CRM or Excel.

3. Sales Coordination



Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, meetings, and proposal submissions.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and supporting documents as per client requirements.

Support in preparing documentation for GeM enquiries and bids.

Assist in managing sales-related data, trackers, and reports.

4. Administrative Responsibilities



Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and activity reports.

Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, SCM, Accounts) for order processing.

Assist in maintaining organized records of sales documents, tenders, and contracts.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales coordination, or lead generation

Good knowledge of GEM portal (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-oriented approach.
