Title: Sales Co-ordinator Role

Work Location: Kalamasserry, Kochi

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary upto 23,000 per month based on skills and experience.

Min 1 Year Experience Sales is Required.

Administrative and organizational support:

Filing sales documents, managing sales team schedules, and ensuring the availability of sales materials like brochures and presentations.

Customer service:

Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, providing product information, and assisting with order placement.

Order and data management:

Processing sales orders, updating customer and sales data in CRM systems, and ensuring the accuracy of sales records.

Communication and coordination:

Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (such as logistics) to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

Tracking sales data and generating reports on team performance, sales figures, and progress towards targets

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
