Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

Water Store is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role involves coordinating field activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order execution to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales activities and field operations

Conduct customer visits for requirement gathering and follow-ups

Assist in deliveries and product support when required

Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and customer interactions

Support promotional activities and sales campaigns

Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience in sales coordination or field support

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
