We are looking for a
dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator (Female)
to support our sales team in managing client communication, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and the sales team to manage inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
Handle customer calls, emails, and maintain client databases
Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and documentation
Ensure timely communication between departments for smooth order processing
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service will be an added advantage
