Preference to candidates who have civil engineering background & proficient in Autocad.
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, invoices, and customer records.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders with clients.
Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
Communicate with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales databases.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and support sales campaigns or events.
Ensure all documentation and client interactions meet company standards.
