We are urgently hiring Sales coordinator to join our team
Roles & Responsibilities :
Identify trends impacting sales performance and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and update evaluation scorecards regularly.
Provide constructive feedback based on call reviews.
Partner with sales managers to identify training needs and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
Generate reports on call quality and performance metrics.
Analyse data to track improvements and measure training effectiveness.
Recommend changes to scripts, workflows, and processes to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on best practices and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree /Masters in Business or Related field
Must have minimum 2-5 years experience as Sales coordinator/Team Lead sales coordinator
Proven experience in sales, sales support, or call center quality assurance.
Experience in coaching and training sales staff is preferred.
Excellent listening and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
