Job Description

Role Overview:



The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, coordinating with dealers and internal departments, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations. The role requires excellent communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with the

B2B Sales Team

and

dealers

for order processing, stock availability, and delivery updates.

Assist and coordinate with Apple Promoters

across various dealer outlets to monitor their

daily attendance, performance, and productivity

. Track

sales achievements and KPIs

of Apple Promoters and ensure timely reporting to internal management and

Apple Regional Heads

. Prepare and share

daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

, including promoter performance summaries, for management and Apple reporting. Maintain and update

dealer-wise and promoter-wise sales data

, target achievements, and performance dashboards. Provide administrative and analytical support to the

Sales and Marketing teams

in executing Apple channel programs and field promotions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or distribution. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent follow-up and multitasking ability. Female Candidate only Laptop Compulsory
