KRA - Sales Coordinator

Order Logging of Tiscon, Structura, Durashine, Infinia, BrandX via whatsapp/mail in Google sheet precisely.

Coordinate with Sales, Logistics ,Accounts via Phone calls/mails and provide necessary information as per requirement.

Update the stock report from Operations and forward to sales via WhatsApp/mail on daily basis.

Ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Inform sales team despatch status, vehicle arrangements timely.

Prepare daily delivery reports COB and forward to sales team via WhatsApp.

Prepare daily reports regarding orders not processed on daily basis with reasons & send to management via mail.

Material Return for all products from dealers/customers to be filed and mail to accounts department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
