Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing and processing orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of IT components to B2B clients.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns promptly.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective sales tracking.
Order Coordination:
Oversee the order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and support the sales team in lead generation efforts.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and assist in analysing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background:
Any degree or equivalent; a background in business or marketing is a plus.
Experience:
0-2 years in B2B sales coordination, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of IT components is advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
