The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing lead generation, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the field sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales operations for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales leads and inquiries, and assign them to the appropriate field sales representatives.
Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding product information, quotations, and order status.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups between customers and field sales staff.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management and field teams.
Support in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents when required.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between field sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned department for resolution.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets by ensuring timely coordination of leads and client meetings.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/Sales software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of PPE products and safety equipment will be an added advantage.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
Work Nature:
Office-based role with regular coordination with field sales executives.
Occasional client follow-ups over phone/email.
