Minimum 2 years of experience in backend sales operations.
Qualification: Any Degree (minimum).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Experience in the
building material industry
will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales teams and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle backend sales operations including documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Respond to client queries promptly with professionalism.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
