Sales Coordinator



Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:



Assist the sales team by managing client orders, processing transactions, and preparing sales reports.

Customer Service:



Provide personalized assistance to customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships.

Product Knowledge:



Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and industry news to effectively advise customers and sales staff.

Inventory & Displays:



Assist with inventory management, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain attractive, clean, and well-organized store displays.

Administrative Tasks:



Manage client databases, coordinate sales events, and handle the administrative aspects of sales operations to ensure efficiency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Customer Service:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide a personalized shopping experience.

Sales Skills:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector, with a passion for selling and meeting targets.

Product Expertise:



A strong understanding of different jewelry types, materials, and current trends.

Organizational Skills:



High-level organizational skills to manage schedules, maintain client records, and coordinate various sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
