Education : Any Degree (Preferably MBA -Marketing)
Qualification - 5 to 8 years sales coordination experience preferably in hospitality, amusement, or tourism industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing head and BDM in executing sales and marketing plans to promote group bookings, events, and corporate packages.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert leads into bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, ticketing, catering, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of events and group visits.
Maintain customer databases, prepare sales reports, and monitor sales performance.
Support promotional activities, campaigns, and partnership programs.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
