Key Responsibilities
Daily coordination with sales officials
to track progress, resolve queries, and ensure smooth communication.
Monitor and review performance
of 30+ field staff on a daily basis.
Analyze working styles
of sales representatives and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Prepare and maintain dashboards
to present sales data, performance metrics, and trends to management.
Ensure timely follow-ups
with field staff and clients to maximize conversions.
Support sales growth initiatives
by identifying opportunities and assisting in execution.
Collaborate with management
to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Maintain office-based operations
ensuring structured reporting and compliance with company policies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
Experience in pharma or sales industry preferred for better understanding of market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and dashboard creation for reporting and analytics.
Sales knowledge and analytical mindset to interpret data and drive improvements.
Ability to multitask and manage large teams remotely.
Detail-oriented and proactive in monitoring and reporting.
