Client Support & Lead Management
Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance.
Update and manage all leads shared by the Marketing team.
Maintain accurate customer data, follow-up details, and sales records.
Sales Coordination & Administration
Process and track daily sales leads to ensure timely responses.
Coordinate schedules, arrange sales meetings, and prepare sales reports.
Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and project coordination.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated on company products, services, and construction/real-estate trends.
Share relevant information that helps the sales team during client discussions.
Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of sales processes and CRM/data entry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in sales coordination is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,249.94 - ₹33,607.55 per month
