Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Drive sales team performance by leading initiatives, providing continuous assistance, monitoring performance, and offering regular feedback. Implement and manage a streamlined scheduling system to ensure timely follow ups and minimize gaps in appointment availability. Oversee the organization and maintenance of all sales support documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and relevant to the sales team's efforts. Supervise the order processing team to ensure all orders are accurately verified, processed, and fulfilled, minimizing errors and ensuring smooth transactions. Promote and facilitate teamwork between departments to enhance sales efforts and ensure smooth operational workflows. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and provide insights through comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategy development. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:



A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a sales or sales support role. Proficiency in computer applications and tools, with a focus on CRM systems, Excel. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork in a dynamic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
