Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up documents
Maintain and update CRM and sales databases
Track sales orders, deliveries, and payment status
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations)
Handle client communication and respond to inquiries professionally
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers
Schedule meetings, calls, and product demos for sales executives
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders
Support sales campaigns, promotions, and lead management activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
