Job Description

Handle all administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and filing. Process and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail. Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized. Promotional emails/ invitation letters campaign Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, processing orders

Maintain and update customer databases Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely product delivery and resolution of issues. Follow up with clients on sales leads, orders, and deliverables. Provide customer support by addressing concerns or questions regarding orders or product information. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other sales-related activities.

Required Skills:



Proven experience as a sales coordinator, administrative support, or in a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualification:

Any Graduation Preferred
