Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team in daily operations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients for room bookings, corporate enquiries, banquet queries, and event requirements.
Maintain all client records, agreements, and documentation.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and rate sheets as instructed by the Sales Manager.
2. Communication & Client Handling
Respond to customer emails, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
Handle walk-in clients and provide basic sales information.
Support in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Assist in arranging hotel site visits for clients.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update CRM / Sales database with accurate and timely information.
Track enquiries, booking conversions, and follow-up status.
Assist in preparing revenue reports and performance summaries.
4. Coordination with Internal Departments
Coordinate with Front Office, Banquet, Housekeeping, and F&B teams for smooth operations of group bookings or events.
Share booking details and event requirements with concerned departments.
Assist the team with preparation of banquet event orders (BEO).
5. Administrative Responsibilities
Manage the sales calendar, meeting schedules, and appointments.
Assist in organizing sales events, promotional activities, and corporate tie-ups.
Maintain proper filing of all sales-related documents and contracts.
Support in generating Invoices / Pro-forma invoices when required.
