The Sales Coordinator will be the operational backbone of the sales team, responsible for handling both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT sector and possess excellent communication skills in multiple languages to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Management:
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including logging activities, updating CRM, and ensuring smooth workflow between sales and service teams.
Inbound & Outbound Communication:
Handle
inbound sales inquiries
via phone and email efficiently and professionally.
Execute
outbound cold calls and follow-up calls
to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
Manage
sales communication
through email, ensuring timely and detailed responses to client requests and proposals.
Pipeline Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, quotes, proposals, and managing the sales pipeline progression.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales operations and generate weekly/monthly reports on activity and outcomes.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in a Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales role is required.
Industry Preference:
Experience working with an
IT solutions company
or familiarity with technology products/services is highly preferred.
Language Skills (Essential):
Fluency in
English
and
Hindi
is required for professional communication across various markets.
Language Skills (Preferred):
Proficiency in
Malayalam
is a significant advantage for effective communication with a key client demographic.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively on call and in writing.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience using CRM software.

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
