The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to achieve sales targets.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales Support
Assist Sales Manager in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain and update client databases, rate sheets, and booking details.
Coordinate room reservations, banquet enquiries, and group bookings.
Follow up with clients for confirmations, payments, and documentation.
B. Client Communication
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for the Sales team.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
C. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain files related to bookings, contracts, and correspondence.
Track and update sales leads in CRM or excel sheets.
D. Coordination with Internal Teams
Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banquet teams for group requirements.
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out for corporate and group guests.
Coordinate with Finance for billing, invoice support, and payment follow-ups.
E. Marketing & Admin Support
Assist in preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
Support in organizing events, campaigns, and sales activities.
Manage social media responses if assigned.
3. Skills & Competencies
Strong communication (verbal & written).
Excellent customer service skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Time management and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of hotel operations (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
