Track all lost leads in the CRM, review reasons for drop-off, and share follow-up tasks with academic counselors.
Re-activate cold or lost leads by coordinating remarketing calls, reminder messages, and re-engagement campaigns.
Work closely with counselors to ensure timely follow-up on lost leads and convert them back through offers, demo re-scheduling, or personalized guidance.
Maintain a daily tracker of lost leads contacted, status updates, and recovery conversions, and share insights with the sales manager.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to update reasons for lost leads and suggest improvements in scripts or processes.
Support counselors by preparing follow-up scripts, reminders, and strategies to maximize recovery from dropped or inactive leads.
