Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, quotations, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and MIS.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and product documentation.
Follow up with customers for order confirmations, payments, and delivery schedules.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients.
Order Management
Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams for order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and support planning for product availability.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and customer communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
4 to 8 years of experience
in sales coordination, preferably in the
manufacturing sector
.
Strong knowledge of order processing, sales support, and customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, Procurement, Sales).
