Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the admissions and sales team by coordinating student enrollment activities, managing leads and inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between prospective students, parents, and internal departments. The role focuses on helping the institute achieve its enrollment targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Support the sales/admissions team in meeting student enrollment goals. Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about the institute's programs, courses, fees, and admission process. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate student and lead data. Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions, campus visits, and follow-up calls. Assist in preparing admission proposals, fee quotations, and enrollment forms. Track and report on daily inquiries, conversions, and enrollment metrics. Coordinate with academic and finance departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Support marketing activities such as open houses, educational fairs, seminars, and promotional campaigns. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with prospective students to maximize conversions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
