Job Description

The

sales coordinator

assists the sales team by managing databases, generating leads from various sources, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals and contracts, and following up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and sales closure. This role often requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, proficiency with CRM and sales tools, and a background or interest in the architecture or construction industry. Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Schedule introductory meetings, manage client inquiries, and coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams for project details.

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings with clients and the sales team.

Technical Support (as needed):

Provide preliminary information, attend technical meetings, and support the sales team by coordinating technical inputs for proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction.

Organization & Time Management:

The role demands strong organizational abilities to manage databases, pipelines, and schedules effectively.

Industry Knowledge:

An understanding of the architecture, construction, or building materials industry is highly beneficial.

Sales & Negotiation:

Proven experience in sales or a related field, with strong negotiation skills, is valuable.

Pay: ₹11,235.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
