We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team in the jewelry industry. This role will involve providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating between sales, production, and delivery teams, while helping to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Coordination:
Assist in the processing of orders, quotations, and inquiries from customers. Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of jewelry orders.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide information about products, orders, and delivery schedules.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team by preparing sales presentations, updating sales reports, and managing customer databases.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the inventory and production teams to ensure that the required products are available for customer orders.
Follow-Up:
Ensure timely follow-up on customer orders, leads, and inquiries to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product specifications.
Collaborate with Other Teams:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer orders.
Promotions & Events:
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions related to jewelry sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse with customers effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely follow-up on orders.
Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for detail, especially when handling jewelry orders and customer specifications.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Customer-Centric:
Strong customer service skills and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred:
Prior experience or internship in the jewelry industry (not mandatory).
Knowledge of jewelry products and materials is a plus but not required.
