Key Responsibilities

1.

Sales Support:

o Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

o Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and communicate them to the sales team.

2.

Order Management:

o Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery.

o Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

3.

Customer Relationship Management:

o Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to their issues.

o Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.

4.

Data Management:

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

o Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

5.

Coordination:

o Act as a point of contact between the sales team, technical team, and customers.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.

6.

Market Research:

o Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends in the automation sector.

o Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to the sales team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
