Job Description

Acts promptly as the first point of contact for the leads generated


To ensure thorough understanding & knowledge about Products


To set up meetings for the field sales team with potential prospects


Owns the lead and responsible for due follow-ups and diligent upkeep of the CRM


Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into potential sales opportunities


Assess and analyze a prospect's holiday needs and requirements in order to pitch the relevant


product appropriately


Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in CRM


To extend the best first call experience to all prospects and be consistent with delivering the


same experience on subsequent calls


Seek feedback from sales to get the pulse of the prospect/customer


To ensure that the call quality standards are compliant with our SLAs
