We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
who will take complete ownership of the sales process - handling both inbound and outbound clients, driving conversions, and building long-term relationships. The role is target-driven and demands strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, website, and social media.
Reach out to outbound prospects through follow-ups, referrals, and past client databases.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable tours, workshops, or services.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices.
Consistently follow up and ensure timely sales closures.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of sales or client servicing experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
