Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and customers.
Manage the uploading of incoming inquiries and processing of quotations using the SAP system.
Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Executives by addressing day-to-day customer needs, issues, and follow-ups.
Prepare all shipment-related documentation for dispatches from the Truebell facility, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Compile and submit customs documentation tailored to the specific clearance requirements of each destination.
Obtain health certificates and certificates of origin from relevant local authorities to facilitate smooth customer shipment clearance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with the sales and purchasing teams regarding quotations and tenders, including price and discount negotiations.
Collaborate closely with the procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of confirmed customer orders.
Coordinate with the finance team to follow up on pending invoices and issue credit notes as needed.
Monitor monthly sales performance and work in tandem with KAMs and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve divisional targets.
Assist in sales forecasting and budget planning to support strategic business objectives.
Track the full order-to-payment cycle, ensuring timely resolution of financial blocks or delays.
Verify that all quotations, tenders, and confirmed orders reflect accurate pricing and approved discount structures.
Maintain comprehensive records of orders, transactions, and approvals for audit and compliance purposes.
