Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and inventory reports.
Liaise with production and logistics teams to track order status and delivery timelines.
Verify customer payments and coordinate with accounts to ensure clearances before order dispatch.
Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting and planning.
Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
