Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Fresher) to support the sales team in day-to-day operations. The candidate will assist in customer communication, sales documentation, lead follow-up, and coordination between internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales documents. Follow up with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) and track sales inquiries. Coordinate with the design, technical, or logistics team to ensure timely delivery of information or products. Handle customer queries and redirect them to the concerned person or department. Support the team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups. Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Ensure all documents are filed and maintained properly. Help manage sales targets, deadlines, and updates for the team.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (written and verbal). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and coordination skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment. Time management and multitasking abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

Experience:

0-1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Language:

Proficiency in English. Local language knowledge is a plus.
