Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets by improving efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports. Manage and update customer databases (CRM systems). Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Communicate with clients to follow up on orders, inquiries, or outstanding issues. Liaise with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Prepare and track sales performance metrics and dashboards. Assist in the preparation of promotional materials or sales presentations. Handle documentation for sales contracts, agreements, and client onboarding.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related/Any field. 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with sales performance reporting. Experience in customer service or account management. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
