Coordinate between sales staff, management, and customers
Assist sales executives in daily showroom operations
Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
Maintain sales records, invoices, and stock movement details
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Support billing, order processing, and delivery coordination
Ensure proper display and availability of jewellery items
Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry
Assist in promotional activities and festive sales campaigns
