Coordinate between sales team, production, and clients for smooth order execution.
Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Prepare sales reports, order status updates, and MIS for management.
Assist in maintaining client database and follow-up for orders & payments.
Support sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
Track and ensure timely dispatch of jewellery orders.
Work closely with merchandising and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
Attend to walk-in clients/vendors (if applicable).
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in
sales coordination or back-office support
, preferably in jewellery/export industry.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
