Sales Coordinator

Job Description

1- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch schedules based on customer orders, priority requirements, and logistics feasibility.

2- Analyze sales orders and forecast demand to determine material requirements, ensuring alignment between customer needs and production capabilities.

3- Act as a bridge between the sales and production teams to ensure that customer orders are translated into clear and timely production requirements.

4- Research and identify potential HNI clients and premium accounts relevant to the company's product offerings, especially those with high purchasing capacity or long-term business potential.

5- Use various channels such as online platforms, industry directories, exhibitions, referrals, and social media to source new HNI leads.

6- Support in preparing and revising quotations, ensuring alignment with client requirements, pricing policies, and management approvals.

7- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, clarifications, and feedback to drive the deal towards closure.

8- Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports summarizing order bookings, dispatches, revenue, customer-wise sales, and pending orders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

9- Maintain a detailed record of outstanding payments from clients, including credit terms, due dates, and payment history, ensuring real-time tracking of receivables.

10- Prepare structured daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports highlighting key performance indicators such as total sales volume, revenue, order fulfillment status, customer-wise and product-wise sales, region-wise performance, and target achievement.

11- Assist in planning and executing product promotion strategies to increase visibility and market reach of the company's offerings.

12- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, flyers, banners, videos, and digital presentations to customers and prospects.

13- Support in planning and organizing company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
