We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Visiontech IT Services Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing and coordinating various sales activities. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of sales processes and be able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in sales operations is a plus

• Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities
• Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure smooth sales process
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain and update sales records and documentation
• Generate sales reports and analyze sales data
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales pipelines and track sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
