Qualification: - \xc2\xb7 Hands- on- experience in Sales coordination / MIS or in other administrative positions \xc2\xb7 Hands- on- experience on MS Excel (Advance). \xc2\xb7 Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 A team playerwith high level of dedication \xc2\xb7 B Com, BBA; any graduate/certification in sales or marketing may applyRoles & Responsibilities: - \xc2\xb7 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information \xc2\xb7 Maintaining MIS reports on daily, weekly, monthly & yearly basis \xc2\xb7 Assist marketing manager in data compilation and related sales planning \xc2\xb7 Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material \xc2\xb7 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information \xc2\xb7 Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material \xc2\xb7 Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements \xc2\xb7 Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested \xc2\xb7 Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports \xc2\xb7 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness \xc2\xb7 Handle the expenses of field employees \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events \xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to laws and policies Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 per month Benefits:
