Jaichittra Inc is hiring a Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Executive (Inside Sales) to handle sales coordination, lead generation, and client engagement. This is a target-oriented role that requires prior product sales experience (preferably in the building materials sector). Candidates from credit card, insurance, loan, or document verification backgrounds will not be considered. Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through phone calls with fabricators, PEB manufacturers, dealers, architects, builders, and civil contractors.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities and assist in closing deals.
Support the sales team in negotiations and client follow-ups.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Explain and promote products effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Any degree.
Experience: 3 4 years of experience in product sales / inside sales / sales coordination (experience in building materials industry preferred, but not mandatory).
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
